Tastemaker: Chilly Powder,Black Pepper, White Pepper,Mango Powder, Ginger Powder, Mokku Powder, Salt

Ready in just a few minutes, be ready to delight your family with this pack of healthy Hakka noodles.

Step 1: Boil the pack of noodles in 1 litre of water for about 5 minutes. Drain the water and rinse the noodles with cold water once and keep aside. Step 2: Fry onions, carrots, capsicum, cabbage ,mushrooms and your choice of veggies in a little amount of Oil ( a mix of vegetable oil and Sesame oil will give an authentic taste) Step 3. Add the tastemaker and stir well to mix. Add the noodles, toss and mix on high flame . Serve hot Step 4. Garnish with spring onion leaves and a dash soy sauce.
