- Boil the pack of noodles in 1 litre of water for about 5 minutes. Drain the water, rinse the noodles once with cold water, and keep aside.
- Fry onions, carrots, capsicum, cabbage, mushrooms, and your choice of vegetables in a small amount of oil. A mix of vegetable oil and sesame oil will give an authentic taste.
- Add the tastemaker and stir well to mix. Add the noodles, toss, and mix on a high flame. Serve hot.
- Garnish with spring onion leaves and a dash of soy sauce.
