How to Cook Pasta

Step 1

Bring 1.5–2 litres of water to a boil. Add salt as per taste.

Step 2

Add the pasta to the boiling water and stir continuously for 3–4 minutes for al dente pasta. For a slightly softer texture, boil for an additional 1–2 minutes.

Step 3

Drain the pasta completely and sprinkle a little oil to prevent sticking.

Step 4

Prepare your favourite pasta sauce and add the cooked pasta along with vegetables or meat. Mix well and serve hot.
