How to Prepare Hakka Noodles
Step 1
Boil the pack of noodles in 1 litre of water for approximately 5 minutes. Drain the water completely, rinse the noodles once with cold water, and keep aside.
Step 2
Heat a little oil in a wok or pan and stir-fry onions, carrots, capsicum, cabbage, mushrooms, and your choice of vegetables. For a more authentic flavour, use a blend of vegetable oil and sesame oil.
Step 3
Add the tastemaker and stir well to combine. Add the cooked noodles, toss thoroughly, and stir-fry on a high flame. Serve hot.
Step 4
Garnish with freshly chopped spring onion leaves and a dash of soy sauce for extra flavour.

My 6 year old son loved it. I keep looking for healthy noodles since my son is very fond of chinese ,and these turned out absolutely great. With vegetables ,it tastes really good and the fact that they are made of millets and do not have any maida maakes it a great option to feed the kids at home
Very healthy and nutritious. A little dark in color due to the presence of millets ,but it is very delicious .No maida makes it healthy .A great option for the entire family to enjoy noodles
